The No Rules Riders scooter club, founded in 2005, is a social club of fun-loving, safety-minded riders who like to socialize and ride with a group but don't like a lot of rules. Normally, rides to breakfast or lunch include 6-12 scooters and typically last 2.5-3.5 hours.
The club gathers in the parking lot of Seabreeze Recreation Center, 2384 Buena Vista Blvd. each Wednesday.
We leave at 9 AM for breakfast March through November, and at 10:30 AM for breakfast/lunch December through February. We have a restaurant list on our Where We Ride page.
Rides do not take place if it is raining, and many do not ride when the temperature is below 55 degrees. Whatever the case, "Those who show up ride!"
The club does not ride on interstate highways, and speeds normally do not exceed 55 MPH. It is recommended that scooters have a minimum speed capability of 60 MPH.
